Chef Antonio Park's journey to becoming a world-renowned chef started in his mother's kitchen in Argentina, where he was inspired by the acres of fresh garden and his mother's commitment to creating everything from scratch. This experience instilled in him a drive for perfection, sustainability, and farm-to-table cooking that became his raison d'être.

Born in Moscow and raised in Montreal, Chef Konstantin has spent the past two decades working all over the world.

He got his start as a CDP with famed English chef Heston Blumenthal at his three Michelin star restaurant, The Fat Duck. Konstantin has since worked at three Michelin star restaurant Oud Sluis, opened his own restaurant in Montreal; Mir, and took the helm as Chef de Cuisine of the only five Diamond Restaurant in Western Canada; Eden. In 2022 he launched Banff Hospitality Collective’s restaurant Bluebird, which embraced the possibilities of live-fire cooking. 

Catering to the philosophy of elevated simplicity, Konstantin’s cooking is thoughtful and distinguished, while at the same time being approachable.
